es reglamentaria del art\u00edculo 6 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, en materia de transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Tiene por objeto establecer los principios, bases generales y procedimientos para garantizar el derecho de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n en posesi\u00f3n de cualquier autoridad, entidad, \u00f3rgano y organismo de los poderes Ejecutivo, Legislativo y Judicial, \u00f3rganos aut\u00f3nomos, partidos pol\u00edticos, fideicomisos y fondos p\u00fablicos, as\u00ed como de cualquier persona f\u00edsica, moral o sindicato que reciba y ejerza recursos p\u00fablicos o realice actos de autoridad del Estado o de los municipios.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1cfe53d2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1cfe53d2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p align=\"justify\">Art\u00edculo 15.
